Our Chefs:
Iain Naysmith

Iain trained at Prestonfield House in Edinburgh before enjoying time working for Gary Rhodes at The Greenhouse and for Michel Roux Jnr at Le Gavroche in London. He then moved to The Kinnaird for 5 years and worked under Michelin Chef Trevor Brooks and has also worked on The Royal Scotsman Train and with Paul Burns at Newmiln in Perth where they achieved 3 AA Rosettes.

David Cochrane

An original member of the Dalmore Hotel in the years before the restaurant was developed, David has a wealth of experience gained from some of Perthshire's wonderful restaurants. These include Rosemount Golf Hotel, Kinloch House Hotel and Perth's Opus One where he worked under Head Chef Ryan Young who won 2 AA Rosettes.

Josh Brown, Christine Garrow & Josh Welsh
Our two chefs are assisted by Josh Brown, Christine Garrow and Josh Welsh who are constantly learning and developing their skills everyday and with their enthusiasm will become very talented chefs!

With chefs possessing such extensive experience, The Dalmore is proud to have David and Iain leading us with unique modern dishes whilst retaining the more classic traditional options. Our focus is on providing fresh local dishes using top quality ingredients so come along and try our tasty fare.

Arnaud Merrouche

Our front of house team is led by Arnaud. Bringing a wealth of experience from the UK and abroad, Arnaud is the perfect host to ensure your visit to The Dalmore is memorable in delivering our famed affordable excellence.

Rob Avolio

Arnaud is assisted by Rob, a friendly, courteous and attentive host who is here to ensure your visit is a pleasurable and memorable one. Rob has an extensive history in the restaurant business including many years at our sister establishment, The Red House Hotel in Coupar Angus.

Debbie Lavreniadis, Lewis Avolio & Kirsty Cassell

Our front of house team is completed by Debbie, Lewis & Kirsty. They enjoy working at The Dalmore and look forward to welcoming you soon!
